Should have atleast 10 years of total experience.
1.    Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, with deep expertise in OTL
2.    Proven experience in end-to-end OTL implementations and AMS support
3.    In-depth knowledge of OTL setup, rules engine, layouts, preferences, and approvals
1.    Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite Time & Labor (OTL) module
2.    Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and functional architecture for complex OTL processes
3.    Configure and optimize time entry layouts, time categories, rules, validations, and approval workflows
4.    Handle complex OTL Fast Formulas and provide guidance on best practices
5.    Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), setup documents, and test scripts
6.    Lead UAT, production cutover, and post-go-live support
7.    Act as functional SME for OTL-related issues and enhancements**
